Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Heila Spaces. We specialize in delivering premium wellness equipment directly to your location. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your heavy-freight order will be handled.

1. Processing & Shipping Times
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, typically taking between 5 to 10 business days from the moment it leaves our fulfillment center. You will receive a tracking number and carrier details as soon as your shipment is dispatched.

2. Heavy-Freight Curbside Delivery
Because our infrared saunas are extremely large and heavy, they are shipped via specialized freight carriers on a wooden pallet. Delivery is strictly **Curbside Delivery with Liftgate Service**. 
- The delivery driver will lower the pallet from the truck to the curb or the edge of your driveway using a liftgate.
- Drivers are **not** authorized to move the package into your home, backyard, garage, or up any stairs. You are entirely responsible for moving the boxes from the curb into your property. We highly recommend having at least two people available to assist on delivery day.

3. Required Delivery Appointments
The freight carrier will contact you directly via the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a specific delivery day and time window. An adult (18+) **must** be present during the scheduled time to inspect the shipment and sign the delivery receipt. 
- If you miss your scheduled delivery appointment, you will be held responsible for any redelivery or storage fees issued by the freight carrier.

4. Exterior Inspection Protocol
Before signing the driver's delivery receipt, you must visually inspect the exterior of the pallet and boxes. If you see any tears, punctures, or crushed corners, you must write "Damaged upon arrival" on the receipt before signing. Take photos immediately and notify us at info@heilaspaces.com within 48 hours.
